Directions to Lincoln Park in Jersey City, NJ From Queens: Take Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge. Pay toll and bear left and take the Major Deagan Expressway North going towards the George Washington Bridge (GWB). Cross the GWB and follow signs for New Jersey Turnpike South (which is also Interstate Route 95 South). Take the NJ Turnpike South and take the exit for Jersey City which is exit 15E. Pay the toll and follow the signs for Jersey City (bear right). Go approximately 2-3 miles and cross 2 bridges in to Jersey City. Road will turn into Communnipaw Ave. There will be an Exxon gas station on the right and a Shell gas station on the left. The entrance for the Lincoln Park will be right next to the Shell gas station. You can see the tennis courts from there. Since there is an island divider you can not make a left, so continue to go straight for about ¼ mile and make a U-turn at McDonald’s and come back around to wards the entrance to the park. Alternate Route: From Queens: Take the Grand Central Parkway West to Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (278) west to the Brooklyn Bridge. Cross the Brooklyn Bridge and bear left. Make a left at the first traffic light on to Chambers St. Go 2 blocks and make a right on to Church St. Go approx 1 ½ miles and follow signs for Holland Tunnel to NJ. Once you exit the Holland Tunnel stay in the middle lanes and follow signs for Jersey City-Kennedy Boulevard. Go to end and make a left on to Kennedy Boulevard. Stay on to Kennedy Blvd & Go about 1 mile(the road will wind so stay on Kennedy Blvd). There will be a large statue of Abraham Lincoln on the right so make a right on to Belmont. Go down the hill and go around the large water fountain towards the lake on the right. The tennis courts are right next to the lake and the parking lot is right across the street.
