Good evening everyone!! I apologize for the delay! All match times have been posted. Please email me at TD@RMTennisCenter.com or call me at 303-304-6322 if you have any questions or concerns. Parents, thank you all for your great support today! Players, thank you all for your great efforts, sportsmanship, and camaraderie with the other players! Great job everyone! I do want to mention one last time that I would still love to run doubles tomorrow! We don't have enough players to run any events, but we could if we get more sign ups! Please let me know in the morning (or by email tonight!) if you would like to play doubles! I hope you do!! See you all in the morning! Best of luck to all players! All the best, Coach Kendall RMTC

THIS IS A TAGGED 10'S EVENT

Tournament Format
All draws will utilize Compass Draws, Round Robins for 5 players or fewer, or Round Robin pool formats that lead to non-elimination playoff advancement for all players regardless of results where there are 6 players or more. We plan to complete all round robin play on Saturday throughout the day and then, for larger draws, playoffs will be played Sunday morning. All players should plan to be available for matches throughout the day on Saturday, as well as playoff matches for larger draws on Sunday morning as scheduled.
All doubles will be played Sunday following the conclusion of all singles playoffs and will provide at least 2 matches per team for events of 3 teams or more!
The purpose of this format is to provide players with an equal amount of competitive experiences to help promote their player development.

Tournament Hosted at CU South

CU South Tennis Complex
(Please drive slowly on dirt/gravel road and entrance to facilities -- Thank you) When using GPS you can type in the address of South Loop Drive, Boulder, CO. Then follow the dirt road South to the courts.
From Boulder - head toward Denver on Route 36 and exit Table Mesa Drive. Go straight through the exit ramp light. Travel down that road and turn right at the fork in the road, turning right again soon after at the green gate. The courts will be on your left and parking to the south.
From Denver - North on I-25 and west on Hwy 36, exit Table Mesa Drive/South Boulder Road. Take a left at the light. Go under Foothills Parkway and over Hwy 36. After passing over Hwy 36 take a left at the first light. Travel down that road and turn right at the fork in the road, turning right again soon after at the green gate. The courts will be on your left and parking to the south.
From Golden - Take CO-93 North to Boulder. Take a right onto Table Mesa Drive. Turn right at the light (third light on Table Mesa) onto South Loop Drive. It's the last light before the HWY 36 junction (Table Mesa will split; straight goes over HWY 36 bridge; veering right is HWY 36 to Denver). Travel down that road and turn right at the fork in the road, turning right again soon after at the green gate. The courts will be on your left and parking to the south.

Scoring Format
Players (and parents!) should be ready for a ton of tennis this weekend! All age groups where there are 6 players are more will play minimum of 4 or 5 singles matches. Because we have so many matches to complete, the scoring format for Boys 12s, Boys 14s, Boys 16s, Girls 10s, Girls 14s, and Girls 18s will be 2 fast four sets (sets to 4 games win by two) and a 7 point tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set for all matches. Because Boys 10s is such a big draw to complete in one day, scoring for each match will be one set to 6 games win by one (tiebreaker to 7 points win by 2 at 5 games all.) To keep the tournament running smoothly, all matches will be no-ad scoring. Because we only have 2 players in Boys 18s, that will be a 3 out of 5 set match, no ad scoring! The tournament format for Boys 10s and Boys 14s events will be round robin groups + playoffs for all players. This means that regardless of the outcome of matches, each player will play each of the other players in their round robin group of which matches will complete on Saturday. Based on the order of finish in round robin, each player will advance to a playoff against players from the other round robin groups who finish round robin play at the same order of finish. (i.e. 1st place in round robin will playoff against each of the other first place finishers in Platinum playoffs. 3rd place finishers in round robin will playoff against each other in Silver playoffs. Etc.) Boys 10s will complete playoffs on Saturday. Boys 14s will start and complete playoffs on Sunday.
