Draws and Schedules are posted. PLEASE READ BELOW:
Draws and schedules are posted. Please review your draws and schedules carefully. There have already been some withdrawals.
Please note that on SATURDAY, we are playing at two sites - Rio del Oro Racquet Club and Natomas Racquet Club. RIO or NRC is designated on your draw sheet. The address of Natomas Racquet Club is 2450 Natomas Park Dr, Sacramento, CA 95833.
We all know that the weather may be a factor this weekend. We will try to keep you apprised of any schedule changes as best we can. Please note that any information pertaining to a schedule change or delay will be posted on the tournament website. So please check the website often for changes!
If you need to withdraw, please let us know as soon as you can. A withdrawal needs to have a reason. To be excused the excusable reasons are injury, illness, or personal circumstance which must be described. Inclement weather is not an excusable excuse and actually is a default for refusal to play. Once the draw is posted, any withdrawal or default will incur suspension points from the NorCal office. It is best if you email the tournament director and the referee for withdrawals or issues so that we have a record to protect you. Do not call the front office of the venue for information. The front desk is not part of the tournament staff and may not be able to assist you properly.
There are no refunds issued for any reason within 7 days of the start of the tournament.
Please drive safely. Traffic in and around the Sacramento area is difficult sometimes. Give yourself plenty of room. We will try very hard to be on time, but we are also at the mercy of the weather. Be prepared and bring something else to do if you need.
Match formats may change if we are delayed. Always check at the desk for any match changes to your format when you check in for your match.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.
