Match location and how to find your time:
Once the draws are posted on Monday, players will need to click on the draws tab about halfway down the page. Once you have located your draw, find your name on the draw line and pay particular attention to the time and the abbreviation next to the time as this indicates WHERE THE MATCH WILL BE PLAYED. Then go back to the front page of the tournament and look at the legend of sites with the abbreviation of your match. Click on more info, and a map link with address will populate for that site. It is recommended that players re-check there time on Friday evening to see if any withdrawals have occurred which might advance a player in the draw with a new time. We do our best to send players an email notice of any withdrawals. Some draws will change locations from Saturday to Sunday, so pay attention as no grace will be given for players who arrive late. Remember that the times posted online are the official times. If a match time is changed at the site due to long matches, make sure and ask the Site Director to update times on the web or get in writing.

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.
