ALL SUNDAY MATCHES ARE EITHER AT CU SOUTH OR THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN TENNIS CENTER Directions to CU South (CUS on draw sheet) (Please drive slowly on dirt/gravel road and entrance to facilities -- Thank you) When using GPS you can type in the address of South Loop Drive, Boulder, CO. Then follow the dirt road South to the courts. From Boulder - head toward Denver on Route 36 and exit Table Mesa Drive. Go straight through the exit ramp light. Travel down that road and turn right at the fork in the road, turning right again soon after at the green gate. The courts will be on your left and parking to the south. REDONE DRAWS AND TIMES
Due to seeded players withdrawing, the boys' singles and doubles draws and the girls' doubles draw were redone. This is per ITA/USTA protocol. The boys' doubles quarters and semis will by Saturday and the final Sunday. The girls' doubles round of 16 and quarters will be Saturday and the semis and final Sunday. Times will follow.

August 13 from 5-7 p.m. for a pasta dinner provided by Pasta Jay's restaurant
in Boulder. There is no charge for the participants and $7/person for

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Due to the large number of out of state participants no time avoidances are possible. In terms of return flights please make arrangements so you can complete all of your rounds of play. All tournament play will be completed by late afternoon on Sunday, August 16.

SEEDING POLICY
Seeding for all Intermountain tournaments is taken from the current ITA Standing’s List. Doubles seeds are also taken from the ITA Doubles Standings list. There are exceptions in both singles and doubles for players ranked in the top 100 nationally in a lower age division.

OFFICIATING
Play will be subject to the rules of the USTA. The USTA Point Penalty System will be enforced throughout the tournament. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. USTA Certified Umpires will be present for all matches.

CELL PHONE POLICY
Cell phone use at Boulder Country Club is limited to the Athletic Center vestibules or outside by pool area. There is no cell phone use allowed in the rest of the Athletic Center. Thanks for being respectful of this rule.

SCORING
All singles matches are best two out of three sets, and all doubles matches are eight game pro-sets with a seven point tie-breaker at eight-all.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available on a first come, first served basis on Wednesday, August 12. Court time will be available in the afternoon and reservations will not be accepted.

DRESS CODE
All players are required to wear appropriate tennis attire. Boys-no tank tops or very low riding shorts. Girls-top and skirt should touch. Questionable attire is subject to the Site Director's discretion.

COURT ASSIGNMENTS
Matches are played indoors and outdoors. Priority to get an indoor court goes to players who check in first.

DIRECTIONS TO BCC
Directions to BCC: Follow Highway 36 west to the Foothills exit. Take Foothills Parkway to Arapahoe Road and turn right. Take Arapahoe east approximately 3 miles to 75th St. and turn left. Take 75th north to Clubhouse Road and turn left. BCC is 3 blocks straight ahead.
FROM I-25 go north to Highway 52. Go west on Hwy. 52 to 95th St. Go left on 95th to Lookout Rd. Go right on Lookout to 75th St. Turn left on 75th and go to Clubhouse Rd. (the first right) and turn right on Clubhouse Rd.

The Hampton Suites in Gunbarrel is the closest hotel to Boulder Country Club, maybe five minutes away.
