Draws are Official as of Wednesday, September 10 at Noon
Draws scheduled through Thursday, September 18 - Every division should be schedule through Thursday, September 18. As we getting closer to the tournament and through the first couple days, we will be adding the scheduling for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can expect it to follow our typical pattern over the years. Avoidance Requests - We have undertaken the painstaking process of reviewing each and every avoidance request. Please keep in mind that we reviewed each individually and extensively. If we were unable to honor your request, it was absolutely not for lack of a substantial amount of effort. If you have a conflict with your scheduled match time, you may submit it by going to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?usp=drive_web&formkey=dDNuYnY4a1RSZEx2T3NudGZQZU84bnc6MQ#gid=0. Please keep in mind that with such an enormous tournament (1,000 people, over 60 divisions, in a 10-day period), conflict requests can be rarely accommodated due to so many factors being involved.

differently. (ie: made into a round robin) Your money will be refunded only if
your event is canceled.
|
Conflict Requests (Submitted after Saturday, September 6, 2014)
Due
to the tremendous number of entries and difficulty in altering the tournament
schedule with such a large event, match time conflict requests are rarely
accommodated. If you still choose to submit a formal request, there is a $7.50 application
fee, whether the request is granted or not. This fee is donated to the “Tennis
for Kids” Youth Scholarship Fund. The fee is designed to discourage requests
after the draw has been made.
