Amateurs - ITA Forms
One of the key areas of concern is that all amateurs, and especially college players, make sure they comply with all rules and regulations so that no one jeopordizes their collegiate eligibility. Since this is a prize money tournament, you MUST have the permission of your collegiate coach, university athletic department and the league of which your school is a member. This link is to the ITA and yo can download the forms required if you seek any forms of reimbursement for expenses. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all rules are complied with, not the tournaments or adminstrators. High School players or participants under 18 are not allowed to receive any reimbursements of any kind.
