Final matches at UA High School
The final matches of the tournament will be on Sunday April 29 at Upper Arlington High School. These matches will complete the tournament. Sorry about the terrible weather, our order for blue skies and heat seemed to get lost somewhere.

Tournament Site
The UA Spring Open will be held predominantly at Upper Arlington High School outdoor varsity courts. The address is 1650 Ridgeview Rd. Uper Arlington, Oh 43221. Jones Middle School and Hastings Middle School courts might also be used for some matches to keep everything moving.
|
Tournament Director
The Tournament Director is Walt Thieman. His email address and cell phone number are listed above if you need to contact Walt for any help. We are listing this info here because the new USTA TDM tournament software program for managing tournaments is a disaster. For some reason no listings, updates or changes can be made to some areas of information except through the USTA network gurus in New York.
|
Match Tie Break
In order to complete the tournament in a 2 day time frame, we will use a match tie break. If players split the first 2 sets, a match tie break will be used in place of the third set. The match tie break is a tiebreaker with the winner being the first player to reach 10 points with a 2 point margin.

Rain Dates
In case of rain the rain dates will be Monday April 23 and Saturday and Sunday April 89 & 29. Keep fingers and toes crossed that these dates will not be necessary.
