PLAYER PARTY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AT THE SPORTS MALL ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH - 6:00 TO 8:00 PM IN THE PLAYER LOUNGE!!!

MATCH LOCATION

All matches will be played at the Sports Mall, located at 5445 South 900 East in Salt Lake City.

SUNDAY PLAY

Sunday play will be required for all Finals.

SINGLES MATCHES

Singles matches will be played on November 2-4.

DOUBLES MATCHES

Doubles matches will be played on November 9-11.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

NO RESCHEDULING ALLOWED DUE TO THE 3 DAY FORMAT OF THIS TOURNAMENT.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

You may be scheduled to play more than one match per day due to the time constraints of the tournament and size of the draws.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, October 24, 2012 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
