All players need to have a U.S. Birth Certificate or Green Card on file with the USTA Southwest Section office to participate in the tournament. If you have turned one in from a previous Level 3, 4, and 5 tournament you DO NOT need to submit another one. USTA Southwest Section Dress Code
All players are required to wear appropriate tennis attire. Cut off shorts, bare midriffs, compression shorts & tights (alone), or any other attire that is simply recreational and not tennis oriented is not acceptable.

Player Party
Party at Tucson Racquet Club on Saturday night June 9th. Come join us for all the fun and food! Dinner will be free to all tournament participants. Their will be an $8 charge for dinner for Parents, Siblings and Coaches. Their will be Karoake/DJ, raffles and prizes.
The party starts at 6 p.m. with dinner served at 6:15 p.m. More information to come. See you there!

ENTERING DOUBLES
You may email me your name and your doubles partner's name. Only email me CONFIRMED doubles pairings (you and your partner agree to play together).
If you enter online and do not put in your doubles partner's USTA# it WILL NOT match you up. Please email me your doubles information by May 30th. Please help in making the doubles matchups a smooth process. Email the info to mitchell@southwest.usta.com.

The gold divisions of this tournament counts for Level 3 points in your National ranking. It is open ONLY to U.S. Citizens/Grenn Card Holders and must be residents of the USTA Southwest Section.

SINGLES - All Boys' and Girls 12s thru 18s singles matches will be Best of three tie break sets....All Boys' and Girls' 10s singles and doubles matches will be Two short sets with a match tiebreak for 3rd set.....DOUBLES - All B&G 12 thru 18s doubles matches are 8 game pro sets with tiebreak at 8 all.

Tournament directors do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at time of event registration. This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email information each time they register for a tournament, the tournament director will not be able contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. Your cooperation will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary information to you.
