We will be using Cotton Creek Club (CCC), 9055 John T White Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76120 and Lamar High School (LHS), 1400 West Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX, 76012 for all Saturday matches. TEXAS JUNIOR POINTS: Super Champs-Level 4 Standing points
Champs-Level 2 Ranking points.
JUNIOR ELIGIBILITY: To earn points, junior players must
compete in their qualified age division when offered.

SEEDING: USTA Texas recommends the "All Factors Method" of seeding
for Ad/Sr/SS divisions and that Committees use the Texas 12 Month
Rolling Standings List for initial considerations. If other
information is to be considered (such as head-to-head wins), emails
must be sent to the Tournament Director immediately after entry
deadline.
REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match playing
site 30 minutes prior to start of match.

EVENT INFORMATION If three or four players/teams are entered, the
event will be round robin. Some events with fewer than three
players may be combined with another division. Players will be
contacted (if contact information is available). It is helpful if
you can provide a good contact number by emailing
cottoncreeektennis@yahoo.com in case the Director needs to inform
you of any changes. Please note on your entry if you will NOT play
a combined event. No refunds after entry deadline or for
weather-related cancellations. A first match loser consolation will
be held for Adult and Junior singles with draws of eight or more,
weather permitting.
SPECIAL INFORMATION: Depending on draw size, play could
begin as early as Friday at 6:00 pm. Water coolers will NOT be on
the courts. It is advisable to bring your own water jug.

New 10 & Under Regulation - Other Junior Tournaments
Starting on January 1, 2012, 10s will offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green dot ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet).
