Thank you to all the players and officials who made this tournament successful. Scheduling players who were in multiple events was difficult for me, and I appreciate the cooperation of the players in being flexible to get all the matches played. I hope you will play again next year and support the Barnes Adult Championships. I hope we can grow this tournament and perhaps it will become a two weekend tournament. Thank you.

Match Formats
Matches will be best two out of three sets with a 12-point tie breaker at six-all. Match formats may be changed in the event of rain. Use of a 10 point supertiebreak may be used in lieu of a 3rd set or a 8 game pro set in doubles and mixed doubles may be used if necessary. Players entering multiple events may have rest periods shortened.

Awards
Each participant will get a hat or a visor upon check in. Plaque awards will be presented to winners and finalists in draws of 4 or more (with draws of less than 4 entries plaques awarded to winners only).

Tournament Rules
This tournament will be governed by USTA rules and regulations. Players are responsible for finding out their match times. Players must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to their scheduled matches. The "15 minute default" rule will be in effect. Strict adherence to the USTA "code of ethics" is expected of all players, coaches, and family members.

Changed Match Times
Match times have changed in Mens Open Singles, Mens Open Doubles, 3.5 Mens Doubles, 4.0 Womens Doubles and 4.0 Mixed Doubles because of players remaining in multiple draws. I may have changed some other match times also. Please check your draw for Sunday's match times. The first matches Sunday are at 8:30 am with warm up courts available at 7:30 am.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 23, 2011 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
