DOUBLES SIGN UP

If you are interested in playing doubles, you must email the Tournament Director/Don Blair at dbdoubles@gmail.com BY THURSDAY AT 12 NOON. Please give your name and USTA number as well your partner's USTA number. Please also include a phone number for both players as well. IF YOU CANNOT FIND A PARTNER, please email me with your name, USTA number, phone number and division and I will do my very best to pair you with another player.

MULTIPLE SITES

Due to the size of the draws, matches will be held at db Racquet Club and Northside Park. All players should check in at db Racquet Club before their first match. If you cannot find directions to Northside, we will have directions available when the player checks in at db Racquet Club.

Player Selection Type

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 12, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
