TOURNAMENT ISSUES
Please be sure to provide information to both the Tournament Director (TD) AND the Referee!
WITHDRAWS: 1) You are able to withdraw online until the close of registration, August 28.
2) After registration closes and prior to draws being posted, you will need to submit your request in writing (email is fine) to both the TD and the Referee in addition to calling the TD at (925) 420-4575, ext. 6508. 3) After the draws are posted, call the TD, (925) 420-4575 ext.6508, then submit your request in writing (email) to both the TD and referee.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS
Requests for special scheduling must be made before entries close. If we cannot accommodate your request you will be withdrawn from the tournament.

DRAW, MATCH & SCORING INFO
DRAW LIMITS: All events have a maximum of 64 entries for Singles and 16 teams for Doubles.
DOUBLES PARTNERS: When signing up for a doubles event, you MUST identify your doubles partner (be sure that this person has entered the tournament) by using this person's USTA #.
MATCH FORMAT: Singles events will play best of 3 tiebreak sets. Doubles events will play best of 3 TB Sets with a Match Tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Regular scoring will be used in all events. TIEBREAK FORMAT: The Coman Tiebreak format will be used in doubles.
DRAWS POSTED: Draws will be posted no later than Wednesday. Please check the internet for your start time. Phone requests for start times will not be accepted.
DRAW CHANGES: All draws are subject to change. Please recheck draws for changes in time and or withdrawals. All changes made within 24 hrs of tournament start will be phoned to the involved parties. Doubles times may change if you were scheduled to play a team with only one player listed. Remember that both players on a team must sign up for doubles before the deadline. You must have your partners USTA # to do this. No late entries will be accepted.

DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire is required on the courts at all times! Tank tops, bike/aerobic attire, bathing suits, beachwear, street clothes, jeans or cut-offs are not allowed. Shirts and non-marking "court" shoes are required!
NON-COMPLIANCE: Players will be defaulted if they cannot comply with the dress code within 15 minutes of their match time. This rule will be strictly enforced, no exceptions.
