Well - we managed to complete most of the tournament. Congratulations and thank you (everyone) for your continued patience through the delays and rain. Please check in at the tournament desk at least 15mins. before your match.

WEATHER
Please note that weather may be a factor during the event. Match times and dates may be subject to change based on weather, and other conditions. Also, players may email TD or call (209)483-8430 for updated information. Please check the tournament web page up to and after the first day of the tournament.

WITHDRAWALS
Prior to close of entries, withdraw online using your confirmation number - On the left hand side of the tournament home page, click 'edit registration' and follow the instructions. After close of entries and before the draws are posted, email both the TD and referee and call the TD. After the draws are posted, call the TD and email BOTH the referee and the TD.

FORMAT
Event Draws Information and Match Formats All Open singles events: format will be Best of 3 TB Sets regular scoring with a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. A mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th winners. Third/fourth playoff matches will be an 8 game pro set. Regular scoring will be used. All open events will be Single Elimination. Doubles will be an 8 game pro-set. Please enter your doubles' partner information. If you need the TD find you a doubles partner, contact the TD. Novice events will be round robin format for 3 and 4 players and for 6 and 7 players or more, the format will be FMLC with 3/4 playoffs. Novice Consolation matches will be 1 regular set with a 7 point tie-break at 6-6. Consolation matches will be played on Sunday.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY ASSISTANCE GRANT(TAG) APPLICATION.The USTA NorCal Tournament Assistance Grant program offers financial assistance to all junior tennis players to enter and play tennis tournaments within the Northern California Section. This grant does not apply to National events.
