1] When signing up for a doubles event, you MUST identify your doubles partner (be sure that this person has entered the tournament) by using this person's USTA #. [2] All Singles Events will be Best of 3 TB Sets . Regular scoring will be used. In each event, a mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th places. [3] All Doubles Events will be Best of 3 TB Sets . Regular scoring will be used. [4] Be on time for your matches: Check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

If you need to reach the Tournament Director before or during the Tournament please call Rich @ (209)985-8853. If you need to withdraw from the tournament please email the Director at rxmac@sbcglobal.net. Please list the players name, age, division and reason for the withdraw. The Director will contact you to confirm the withdraw. All players should check in 15 minutes in advance. Make sure you are ready to play when you check in.

You will be happy to know that we have recently re-surfaced our courts, which now makes them the best courts to play on in the Modesto area.

From Bay Area: ( 1 Hour 45 minutes )Take I-680 North and merge onto I-580 East toward Stockton. Drive 20 miles and keep left to take I-205 toward Tracy/Stockton which will become I-5 North. Merge onto CA-120 via exit 461 toward Manteca/Sonora and go 6 miles. Merge onto CA-99 South toward Modesto/Fresno. Go 15 miles and exit on Tuolumne Blvd/'B' Street. Turn Right at the stop sign and then make a quick Left on Neece Dr. Go down past John Thurman Field and make a Right on Rouse Dr. Then go Left on Sunset Ave. Turn Right into first parking lot you see and look for Club entrance in the back. From Sacramento: ( 1.5 Hours ) Take CA-99 South toward Modesto/Fresno. After passing Central Modesto exit look to exit on Tuolumne Blvd/'B' Street. Turn Right at the stop sign and then make a quick Left on Neece Dr at Golf Course. Go down past John Thurman Field and make a Right on Rouse Dr. Then go Left on Sunset Ave. Turn Right into first parking lot you see and look for Club entrance in the back. From Fresno: ( 1.5 Hours ) Take CA-99 North toward Modesto/Sac. After passing Ceres look to exit on Tuolumne Blvd/'B' Street. Turn Right at the stop sign and then make a quick Left on Neece Dr at Golf Course. Go down past John Thurman Field and make a Right on Rouse Dr. Then go Left on Sunset Ave. Turn Right into first parking lot you see and look for Club entrance in the back.

If you would like to wram up before your match, please consider the 2 locations listed below. When you arrive, there will not be courts to warm up on at the Club as we only have 7 courts. If a player must withdraw from the tournament after the deadline to register closes, we are unable to refund your entry fee because the Draws will be getting prepared. However, if you need to withdraw from an event, please contact the Tournament Director as soon as possible so that we may contact the other player in time to notify them of a later start time.
