SCORING FORMAT
Doubles through the semi-finals will play an 8-game pro-set with a 7-point match tiebreak played at 8-all. The doubles final and 3/4 playoff will play two tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.

DOUBLES SIGN-UP
Doubles play will begin on Sunday afternoon, June 19th. The tournament will not partner players together. It is your job to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. Each player must register for doubles and select their partner. IF ONLY one partner registers for play it will be considered an incomplete entry and will not be accepted.

MEDICAL RELEASE
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of tournament registration. Please download and bring this completed with you or fax to us (478-477-0575) to speed up the registration process. Players are not allowed on court without this signed release:

All players must have a copy of a Birth Certificate or Green Card on file in the Southern office.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF DOUBLES DRAW
First: Both players in the singles main draw.
Second: Player in singles main draw, partner on alternate list.
Third: Both players on alternate list

Doubles Facebook to help find a partner
We cannot give out personal information, so if you need help finding a partner, we have set up a Facebook page so that you can contact others who have been accepted. To go to the FaceBook page, click "more info". Please, don't put any personal information on the Facebook Discussion page. To go to the FaceBook page, click "more info Please enter doubles in the same age group that your were accepted in for singles. It is your job to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. BOTH partners must (mandatory) sign up with your partner. more info.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, June 17, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
