*** Important Tournament Information ***
Goal: All players should have 4 matches in a round robin system (for events large enough).
We have two events with an odd number of players, so one player is left out without a match for a given round. In those situations (Boys 12 and Boys 16) please look at a second draw named "- Extra" where a 4th match will be listed (e.g. "Boys 12 Singles" will also have a "Boys 12 Singles - Extra").

Contact the Tournament Director AND the Referee: Reg., Withdraws, ...
[1] Please always provide your full name, your USTA # and the name(s) of the event(s) that you are participating in.
[2] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number.
[3] After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing by emailing BOTH the TD and the Referee (see email addresses above).
[4] After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee.

*** Event Draws Information and Match Formats ***
[1] For the small draws (G16) the format will be best of 3 full TB sets with match tie-break (10 poimts) in lieu of a 3rd set.
[2] For all other events, to maximize the participants' tournament experience, the format will be a round-robin with 4 rounds of pro-sets (First player reaching 8 games by a margin of 2 games wins. A tie-break will be played at 8-8). Regular scoring will be used.
[3] Be on time for your matches: Check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

[1] Please check tournament internet page for changes and
corrections to the printed Jr. Schedule.
[2] Players will report directly to first match site, not
necessarily to the Fremont Tennis Center.
[3] Some matches will be played under lights. [4]Additional sites
may be used. Players are responsible for transportation between
sites.
[5[ All withdrawals after entry closing date must be made in
writing to: jgonce@ci.fremont.ca.us
[6] On tournament days, withdrawals must be made by phone before 7
AM, and you must follow up with a confirming email or fax (510)
790-5513. If we cannot contact your opponent in time, late
withdrawals may still be marked as a default.
[7] The tournament will NOT give authorization for concurrent
tournament registrations. We will enforce concurrent tournament
registration rules.
[8] Special lodging arrangements have been made with AmeriSuites in
Fremont. Please call 510-623-6000 ask for group sales. Ask for
their special rate for the Fremont Junior Open.
The 10 year old portion of this tournament is part of the 2010 Grand Prix Circuit and will count for a Grand Prix Ranking. For more information about the 2010 Grand Prix please visit the Junior Tennis homepage www.norcal.usta.com.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 27, 2011 7:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
