Match Format
Draws are limited to 24 teams (doubles) or 24 players (singles) so
that all divisions can be completed in one weekend. Friday matches
start at 4pm at Cuesta Tennis Center. Friday night matches are
primarily Mens 3.5/4.0/4.5 singles and only these divisions will
have 4 pm matches. However, some other matches (singles and
doubles) may be scheduled later on Friday evening in order to
resolve conflicts for players in multiple divisions.
All matches up to and including the quarterfinals are 2 sets and
a 10 point Match Tiebreak. Matches starting from the
semi-finals are 3 full sets. This applies to all events, singles
and doubles. All tie-breaks use the traditional tie-break format
(switch sides after every 6 points ).
The 2011 South Bay NTRP is a 5.0 TOY! 5.0 division
participants get extra points for the Grand Prix. 3rd and 4th place
matches for 5.0 Mens Singles
Entry Limitations
Players are limited to entering a maximum of one singles and one
doubles event at the same level.

If you enter the tournament and find that you are unable to play,

TD Selection Process
We use this process because it makes it easier to not have to
refund money if a draw is too large to allow entry to everyone
registered. You will receive confirmation when you register that
your credit card has been charged $0, this is because you are not
charged until entries close and we process your entries. Once we
process entries, you will receive an automated email from Tennis
Link- it is then when you will be receive a charge on your credit
card.
Doubles Entries -Both players must register and pay
When registering for doubles, it is important that both players
register online and pay. Verify that both players names are listed
twice on the participants list. If both players have not paid by
the tournament deadline, you may not be accepted into the
tournament.
Tournament Evaluation
Please fill out the Tournament evaluation at the conclusion of the
tournament.
