Rain Delays Information:
If at anytime during the event we are forced to stop or delay play due to inclement weather, it will be posted on the webpage. If it is due to rain during the night we will try to post it early enough, that people traveling distances will be able to check the website before leaving their homes. If rain occurs prior to the start of the matches or during matches, we will post the delay on the webpage along with how many hours before we will resume play. Those hours should be added to your report time...Ex: Report time 2:00pm with a 2-1/2 rain delay will report at 4:30pm. If all matches are cancelled, then yoiu must check the website for new match times...thanks

If you are on the Alternate list, but want to sign up for another event, either on the first weekend or the second weekend of the event, you will need to remove your name from the alternate list, to keep from being penalized for registering for concurrent events... If you want to be considered as an Alternate for the Excellence then you will need to make yourself available, and you are not available if you have decided to play in another event on the same weekend as the Excellence...Thanks
