Player Social
There will be a player social on Friday, September 24. The social will include several food stations where you can pick up cards for prize drawings. Hands will be called at 15 minute intervals with the Grand Slam prize drawing at 8:00pm.
Non-players are welcome to attend the social. Tickets for non-players are just $10. For tickets contact Paulette Criscione at (803) 359-1312. Tickets are also available for sale at LCTC.

Times
Please check in at 8:30 am prior to breakfast for Women's doubles. Breakfast items available from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Women's Doubles 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m Men's doubles 9:30 am. Mixed Doubles 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. For Mixed Doubles, please check in at the tournament desk prior to lunch. Lunch will be served from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m for all participants.

Format
All divisions will be Round Robin. Play will be two short sets no ad scoring. First to 4 games tie-break at 4 all, Match tie-break in lieu of third set. Men's 3.0 doubles will play one match consist of best of 3 tie-break sets since there were only 2 teams entered.
Tournament Director has the right to change the format if there are less than the maximum number of teams in a division.

Tournament Charities
The tournament is being held in memory of Jay Criscione, who was instrumental in helping to get Lexington Tennis Center built.
There are two official tournament charities The Alala Cancer Society, and Chemo With Style. We strongly encourage you to visit the web sites of the charities to find out more information about their mission and to donate to help cancer patients across the Midlands.

Divisions
Men's Doubles 2.5 and 3.0 will be combined and 3.5 and 4.0 will be combined.
Women's Doubles 2.5 and 3.0 will be combined and 3.5 and 4.0 will be combined.
Mixed Doubles Combo 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0

Limited Draw - Don't wait until the last minute!
The draw for this tournamnet is limited to eight teams per division. The draws will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. An alternate list will be maintained once a draw is filled.

Tournament Fees
Tournament fees are just $28 for the first event and $8 for the second event. You can play two events for just $36!

First Match Times
First match times are posted on the draw for each division. All other rounds will follow.

Tournament play will begin at 10 am on Saturday, August 25th. All players should arrive a little early and be ready to play!

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 19, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
