Update
Updated doubles times for Saturday have been posted. Please double check your time for Saturday's doubles matches.
All draws have been posted. Please verify your match time as there have been some late withdrawals.
Also updated alternate lists is posted. This is the final alternate list. We will not be accepting anymore entries if anyone pulls out. Open spots in the draw will be filled by onsite alternates only.
IMPORTANT: If you want to be an on-site alternate, you have to show up at the location that your division is playing at and tell the tournament desk that you are an on-site alternate. If anyone does not show up by the end of the 15 grace period after their match time, there spot will be filled by an on-site alternate. After all first round matches have been played in your division, no aternates can enter the tournament.

Mandatory Check-In
Mandatory Check In is from 3-5 at the Lamar Tennis Center (Main Site) and also continuing from 5-9pm to check in throughout the night. Mandatory means just that. Check in at the Lamar Tennis Center with your medical release form and pick up your T-Shirt. If you absolutely cannot make it in by Friday night, you must come to the Lamar Tennis Center Saturday between 7:30 and 10am for late check in.

ATTENTION BOYS 12s
We have a few rounds scheduled to be played at Bocage Racket Club on Saturday. They have a 90% white attire code. Shoes can be no more than 50% color. Warm up suits may be color however. If you do not adhere to these clubs rules, you will not be allowed to play. Please pack accordingly. Thanks

Timeline
9/24 Sat: Entries will be processed and alternate lists will be posted.
9/26 Mon night: Seeds will be posted. See seeding note below for any issues
9/29 Thurs: First Round match times will be posted.
9/30 Fri: Draws will be posted.
9/30 Fri: Mandatory Check-In from 3-5pm. We will also be there during the doubles rounds to check in.
9/30 Fri: Doubles play will begin at 5:00PM with 2, maybe 3 rounds to be played.
10/1 Sat: Singles play begins at 8am with remaining doubles to follow. Facility opens at 6:30 to warm up.
10/2 Sun: Play continues at 8am. Facility opens at 6:30 to warm up.
10/3 Mon: Play continues at 8am. Facility opens at 6:30 to warm up.

Practice Courts

Schedule of Play
Play will begin Friday evening at the Lamar Tennis Center with doubles only. 2 rounds to be played, possibly 3. (round of 16 and quarters and semis possibly for full doubles draws)
Singles play will start on Saturday at 8 am with 2 rounds to be played (2 main draw rounds or a main draw and consolation round). Doubles to follow singles play. (semis or finals)
Singles play will continue on Sunday with 2 main draw rounds and 3 back draw rounds. Doubles to follow (the finals).
Singles play will conclude on Monday with the Finals of the main draw and the Semis and Finals of the consolation draw. All play Monday will be played at the Lamar Tennis Center, assuming good weather.
This is a tenative schedule of play. Schedule will change with any weather delays or any other unforseen changes.
We will not take schedule requests. This is a Southern Level 3 tournament and we cannot arrange matches to fit everyone's travel schedule.

DOUBLES
We do not partner players. You must sign up with a partner in order to play doubles. Your partner must also sign up and indicate you as your partner.
Doubles play will begin on Friday night with probably 2 rounds to be played, possibly 3, depending on draw size.

Seeds
No one on the seeding committee will discuss the method of seeding. It had been approved by the LTA. If you would like to discuss the seeding, contact the LTA.
We will make a concerted effort to place kids from the lower divisions in the appropriate seeding area. Our goal is to seed who we feel are the strongest players in the tournament.

Late Entries
Anyone who missed the registration deadline must call the pro shop at 225-612-2420. If you are entering a division that is full, you will be placed at the end of the alternate list. If you are entering a division that is not full, have your credit card ready when you call the shop so they can process payment.
We will not accept late entries after seeds have been posted. You have until Monday night (when seeds are posted) to call the shop and asked to be placed in the draw.
Pro Shop hours on Sat 8am-8pm and Sun 12-6.

Seeds have been posted
These are the tenative seedings for the tournament. If you have a player with a strong southern standing in the lower age group and is not yet aged out, please email me that info. We have used all available information to do the seedings in order to come as close as we can to the correct seedings for the tournament. You have until Wednesday morning to dispute the seedings. Withdrawals
Withdrawals before Thursday 09/22 11:59 pm Central Time Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the left side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself.
The last day to withdraw and receive a refund is Saturday, September 24th.

Alternates
Alternates that are accepted into the tournament will be placed into the draw (as long as they do not affect seeding) and will be notified by the tournament. Please make sure your contact information and telephone is up to date with USTA membership. This is the information we use to contact you. Please check lists daily as they are updated as we have new information.

Entering 2 Divisions
Players are allowed to enter two divisions in Southern Level 3 tournaments with these guidelines: #1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected in the older age division. They would be removed from the other age division. #2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternates lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternates list. They would be removed from the Alternates list in the other division. #3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates list of the division they were not selected. #4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.

Selection Process
Draws limited to 32. Top 32 players applying from the USTA/Southern latest STANDINGS LIST. 28 players from this age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the younger age group who are eligible for the younger age group, who have a standing in the top 40 of the younger age group, and are not in the selected 28, will be selected. The names of the players who have been selected appear as COMPETITORS. Alternates are listed in the REPORT SECTION. DO NOT REFER TO THE ALTERNATES ON THE FAR LEFT SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE (That list is not updated)

Birth Certificates

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
