Urgent All Players
If you were playing a match when we suspended play, these matches will restart at 9:00am on Wednesday. If you were scheduled for a different match at 9:00am these will be to follow but still come at the designated time. Also, we have had a few defaults and I have posted them in the draws so check these to see if it affects you. Thanks see you tomorrow!

Draws
Please check times to make sure avoidances have been taken into consideration. If there is a problem please call asap to make corrections. Also, please check back Saturday by noon if any changes are made. THanks, 540-580-2291

Quickstart divisions
We have had another entry so times have changes, please keep checking in case we can add some more children to this division. I have set times but they may change also if I can get more matches on at time.

Consolations
Win or lose all players check back at tournament desk for next playing time. Consolations are played through QF.

All Players
Please check competitors list to see if your name appears in the correct divisions. If you are interested in doubles please send email to lbernard@hollins.edu, if you need a partner we will have a list at the tournament desk.

Schedule of Play & Avoidance Requests
L3 BG18-10 play will begin Monday morning and we will go into the evening to accomodate school and camp avoidances. See below for avoidance requests.
L6 QuickStart BG10-8 play will be in the evenings.
If you have a schedule avoidance request that is school related please email it to lbernard@hollins.edu by Tuesday June 8th. The tournament committee will do it's best to accomodate reasonable school and camp related scheduling avoidance requests. In the event that it is not possible to meet your request you will be notified and given the opportunity to withdraw before the draw is made.

Multiple divisions
If you signed up early and wanted to join multilple divisions the system did not allow you to. You may sign up for 2 singles divisions if you want and 1 doubles.

Doubles
If you are interested in doubles, please sign up online and we will have signups on Monday at the tournament. If you do not have a partner on Monday we will try to match people together. Play for doubles will start Tuesday.

Pizza Party
Monday night, pizza party for all players.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 9, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
