Directions to Yale University Tennis Center
If you are using a GPS system or MapQuest, the best address to use is 251 Derby Avenue, West Haven CT 06516. The courts and athletic complex, which are in New Haven, are bordered on the south by Derby Avenue, on the east by Yale Avenue and on the north by Chapel St. The courts are difficult to see from the road. They are behind the tall stone pillars.
I-91 SOUTH
Take Exit 1 (Rte. 34 West) then take exit 3. Continue straight for 1 mile then take a right onto Ella T. Grasso Blvd/Rte. 10. Follow the Blvd. for ¼ mile. Turn left onto Derby Avenue/Rte. 34. Courts are ¼ mile ahead on right.
I-95 SOUTH
Take Exit 47 (Rte. 34 West) then take a right onto Ella T. Grasso Blvd/Rte. 10. Follow the Blvd. for ¼ mile. Turn left onto Derby Avenue/Rte. 34. Courts are ¼ mile ahead on right.
I-95 NORTH
Take Exit 44, bear right, and take first left onto Ella T. Grasso Blvd/Rte. 10. Follow the Blvd. for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Derby Avenue/Rte. 34. Courts are ¼ mile on right.
Route 15 North (Merritt Parkway)
Take Exit 57 (Derby Avenue/Route 34 East). Drive for about four miles. After you pass Rte. 122, the courts are about ½ mile ahead on the left.
Route 15 South (Merritt Parkway)
Take Exit 59. At end of ramp, take a right onto Rte. 69. After about ¼ mile, bear slightly left onto Whalley Ave./Rte. 63. After 1.8 miles, turn right onto Ella T. Grasso Blvd./Rte. 10. After ½ mile, take a right onto Derby Avenue. Courts are ¼ mile ahead on right.

You will be asked for this form upon check-in at the tournament so please bring the completed form with you.</font>

The tournament director will run a "Lottery Selection Process" via TennisLink within 24 hours after the entry close date which will automatically accept all entries if the total number of entries into the tournament is less than or equal to 256 for men's singles, less than or equal to 256 for women's singles, and less than or equal to 128 teams for mixed Doubles; and, if applicable, less than or equal to 128 teams for men's doubles, and less than or equal to 128 teams for women's doubles. If the total number of entries into the tournament is greater than the above, then the "Lottery Selection Process" will determine accepted entries at random. A player's entry fee will only be processed if he/she is accepted into the tournament. All players accepted into the tournament will receive an email notification via TennisLink indicating as such and will be posted online once the "Lottery Selection Process" is run. All players not accepted into the tournament will receive an email notification via TennisLink indicating as such once the "Lottery Selection Process" is run.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, May 7, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
