Odd Entry Deadline Time

The entry deadline is at 6 pm on Wednesday November 24. The reason for the earlier deadline is so that the draws and start times can be posted before the end of the night on Wednesday and available all day on Thursday. Please be reminded that we will strictly adhere to the deadline.

Multiple division entries

Anyone wanting to participate in multiple divisions is welcome to participate in two divisions. However the divisions MUST both be in the same event (Satellite or Novice). For example, you may not play in the Satellite 12's and the Novice 14's. You may however play in the 12's and 14's of the Satellite orthe 12's and 14's of the Novice.

Format

Any division with 2 participants will be cancelled, 3 participants will play a Round Robin and 4+ participants will play full 1st Match Losers Consolation draws. All Main Draw and Consolation draws will be played as 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreak played instead of a 3rd set.
