ODD ENTRY DEADLINE
The entry deadline is Thursday, December23rd at 6:00pm. This is done so the draws can be made the night of the 23rd and posted before daybreak the 24th. We will not make exceptions to the deadline so apply early!!!
|
SINGLES FORMAT
All singles matches will be 2 regular scoring sets with a Match Tie-Breaker instead of a 3rd set if needed. Singles draws are all First Match Losers Consolation.
|
DOUBLES FORMAT
Doubles will be played in the same format as the ATP World Tour. 2 No-Ad scoring sets with a Match Tie-Breaker instead of a 3rd set. Single elimination draws in the doubles events.
|
PLAYING MULTIPLE DIVISIONS
Participants may compete in 2 singles divisions an 1 doubles division. However, if a player withdraws from one event mid-tournament, they will be withdrawn from all following events as well. For example: A player is entered in the 12's and the 14's singles and loses first round in the 14's then decides to withdraw from the consolation draw in the 14's to "save themselves" for the 12's main draw. This player will be withdrawn from their doubles and both singles. Each player is expected to hold up their commitments. If someone is unable to play and needs to withdraw, we understand and will withdraw them from all their events.
