All Registration is on Tuesday, July 27, at Koch Family Tennis Center
Registration @ Koch Family Tennis Center: Tuesday, July 27, 2010(no competition on Tuesday)
Players need to be present by Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday schedule:
Open Practice @ Koch Family Tennis Center: 12:00pm – 3:00pm (first come basis),
Player Registration @ Koch: 2:00pm – 4:00pm,
Coaches Meeting: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Koch),
USTA Parent Presentation: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (on site at Koch),
Orientation & USTA Player Presentation: 4:00pm–4:45pm,
Team Meetings & Photos: 5:00pm-6:00pm (Wear section uniform given at meeting),
Team Play Begins: 8:00am Wednesday, July 28th,
Coaches Meeting: Friday Evening, July 30th (off site),
Dinner & Awards: Required 6:30pm Sat, July 31 ,(players/coaches no cost, $5 per guest ),
Play Ends: Sunday, Aug 1st,
Final Awards: No later than 1:00pm, Sunday, Aug 1st,
Departure: No later than 2:00pm, Sunday, Aug 1st,
