Registration and check-in
FRIDAY::----------
You may get your tournament package and hat by coming to the main site between 6-8pm ONFRIDAY AT MAIN SITE. ALTERNATES THAT GOT IN CAN CALL THE PRO-SHOP AND PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR AT CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY!!!
SATURDAY:----------
You may check-in and submit your forms at the time and site of your first match. Make sure you check the site where your first match will be played, and plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled match time. Check the draw online frequently for any updates or changes throughout the tournament

Warm up courts
Clay courts wont be available for warm-ups SATURDAY morning at the Main site. Hard court willl be available everyday before matches start. We will have some Clay courts open FRIDAY after 6 pm for warm-ups

Only Clay court Facilities are:-----

RRC-Clay= Raleigh Racquet Club Clay
Everything else has hard courts

Ravenscroft School (RVN), 7409 Falls of Neuse Rd Raleigh, NC 27615 Turn right out of RRC onto Falls of Neuse Rd heading north. Turn Left on Ravenscroft Dr.Keep Driving and park behind the football Stadium.--> Courts are on the other side of the Football Stadium.

5500 Dixon Drive, Raleigh, Nc.27609. Left on Falls of neuse. -->Right at Millbrook Rd--> Drive approx. for 2.1 Miles and Turn Right at Dixon Dr.-->Turn Right at Lipscomb CT. Courts are at the very end of the parking lot.

Selection Process
1. Top 32 players applying from the USTA/Southern latest standing list. 28 players from this age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the lower age group who are eligible for the younger age group, who have a standing in the top 40 of the younger age group, and are not selected in the 28, will be selected.

Medical Release Form (Tennis Parent Form)
All players must have these two forms completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian. Parents please do not send your child without this form SIGNED and Completed. Print it now and save time and frustration later. Medical Release Form MUST be turned in BEFORE they go on the court for their first match. Competitiors and Alternantes
2. Once the selection is made the names of the selected players will appear as COMPETITORS. Alternates are listed in the TOURNAMENT REPORTS SECTION. DO NOT REFER TO THE ALTERNATES ON THE FAR LEFT SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE.

SEEDING CRITERIA
Seeding shall be done using only the results from the most recently published USTA Southern Combined Standings List of the division in the order in which players appear on the list.
Players who have a standing in the next younger age division MAY be seeded in any group of seeds if they are in the top 10 of the most recently published USTA Southern Combined Standings List of any younger age division.This is determined by the Seeding Calculator.
Players with current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 10000 ATP or WTA rankings will be considered for seeding.

ENTERING TWO AGE DIVISIONS
Players are allowed to enter two divisions with these guidelines:
#1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected to the older age division. They would be removed from the other age
#2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternate lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in. They would be removed from the Alternate list in the other division.
#3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates list for the division they were not selected.
#4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made

DIRECTIONS

From I-40 west
Take I-40 W toward Burlington/ Durham. Take the Raleigh/ Chapel Hill Expressway exit #289 toward Raleigh North/Raleigh East. Take exit I-540 North. Stay on I-540 for about 20 minutes. Take exit Falls of Neuse. Turn right onto Falls of Neuse. You will pass the stoplight at Spring Forest Rd. keep going straight. After the intersection with Spring Forest Rd., there will be a church on your right. The entrance to the RRC is shortly after on your left

From US-64 (Wilson/Greenville/Rocky mount)
Take US-64 W. Merge onto I-440 W toward Wake Forest. Take the West Forest Rd exit #10. Turn right onto Wake Forest Rd, which becomes Falls of Neuse Rd. Follow the road for about 5 minutes. RRC will be on your right. If you drive up to Spring Forest Rd. you drove too far

Coming from South/east (I-95/Fayetteville/Benson)
Take I-95 North (from Fayetteville area)--->Take I-40 W. Merge onto I-440 E via exit #301. Take the Wake Forest Rd. exit #10. Turn right onto Wake Forest Rd, which becomes Falls of Neuse Rd. Follow the road for about 5 minutes. RRC will be on your right. If you drive up to Spring Forest Rd. you drove too far

From South/west (Southern Pines/Fuquay)
Take US-1 North untilit turns into I-440, Continue on I-440 (inner beltline) towards exit 10 Wake Forest RD.Turn Left at Wake forest Rd,Wake forest Rd. Will turn into Falls of Neuse. Pass the Millbrook Rd intersection and the club will be about .4 of a mile on the right side.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
