Hanes Park (336-724-0666) (HPC) (625 W End Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27101) Approaching Winston-Salem on Business i-40 from the east or the west, take Cloverdale Avenue exit off I-40. turn left onto Cloverdale Avenue. Remain on Cloverdale to Hawthorne Rd. Turn left onto Hawthorne Rd. Go one block and bear right onto Glade St. Hanes Park will be on your left.

Players need to report for play directly to the site and time indicated on the online draw. Tournament desk number 336-724-0666. This number will be active September 9 through september12.

A player party will be held at Westwood Club at 6:00 pm on Friday, September 10. This party is FREE to players.

In the event of rain, we do have access to indoor courts. please plan on calling our tournament desk number 336-724-0666 to find out your new time. We may be assigning you courts indoors or outside as we get the courts playable so you must call and plan to be here for your new time! Thank you for your patience. It may be necessary to switch from regular scoring to an alternate scoring method. Delays caused by inclement weather will result in regular scoring with the use of a match tie-break in lieu of the third set. This method will be used to complete the entire round before returning to the regular scoring method of 2 out of 3 sets. In the event of rain, report to your designated site and your site coordinator will direct you as to any delays.

Participation shall be limited to one single and two doubles events.

Residency requirements: "closed": Any person who is a resident of, and domiciled in, the state of North Carolina for at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the tournament and who during the current ranking year has not entered a closed tournament in any other usta district (state) or any section other than the southern section of usta. the entrants for all adult/senior, ntrp, wheelchair and family state closed tournaments must meet the following criteria: 1. Must be a us citizen or meet the resident alien requirements. 2. Hold only one usta membership card, residency for which must be NC. 3. Players may not play in state closed tournaments of other states (districts) or sections of the USTA if they play in a NC state closed. 4. College students who live in another state or country must meet requirements #2 and #3

Right on First st. and continue thru Northwest Blvd. get in far right lane at major intersection and go straight thru light. You are now on Country Club rd. Remain on Country Club Rd approx 2-3 miles. Entrance is on the right.

Westwood Club (WWC) (255 Harper St, Winston-Salem, NC 27104) Right on Sunset out of Hanes Park parking lot. Right on Glade. at traffic light take left on Hawthorne. Right on Cloverdale. Right on First st. and continue thru Northwest Blvd. Get in far right lane at major intersection and go straight thru light. You are now on Country Club Rd. Remain on Country Club Rd approx 3-4 miles. Left at stoplight on Harper St. Continue on Harper, Westwood Club will be on your left.
