BB&T Spring Junior Open NC L3

A player must notify the Tournament Director immediately at the conclusion of his/her Sunday play that they will be attending school on Monday so they will not be participatng in play Monday. Tournament Director will email jane@nctennis.com those players who have requested this exemption. Names to be sent Sunday night.

From northwest of Cary to Cary Tennis Park:
• From Interstate 40 East, take exit #278 on the right. Go 0.2 miles.
• Turn right onto NC -55 South. Go 6.5 miles.
• Turn left onto Morrisville Carpenter Road. Go 0.1 miles.
• Turn right onto Carpenter-Upchurch Road. Go 1.5 miles.
• Turn left onto Louis Stevens Drive. Go 0.8 miles.
• Turn left into Cary Tennis Park.
  
  From south of Cary to Cary Tennis Park:
• On NC 55, cross US 1 at Apex and continue on NC 55. Go 6 miles.
• Turn right onto High House Road.
• Turn left onto Davis Dr.
• Turn left onto Preston Village Way.
• Turn left onto Circle on the Green Dr.
• Turn left onto Upchurch Meadow Rd.
• Turn Right onto Louis Stephens Dr.
• Turn left into Cary Tennis Park (2727 Louis Stephens Dr).
  
  From southeast of Raleigh to Cary Tennis Park:
• From Interstate 40 West coming into Raleigh, pass exit #301 and bear left onto I-40 West/I-440/Inner Beltline. Go 8 miles.
• Take exit #293A onto US 64 West / US 1 South (not north) Go 2 miles.
• Take the exit on the right onto Cary Parkway. Go 5 miles.
• Turn left onto High House Road.
• Turn right onto Davis Dr.
• Turn left onto Preston Village Way.
• Turn left onto Circle on the Green Dr.
• Turn left onto Upchurch Meadow Rd.
• Turn Right onto Louis Stephens Dr.
• Turn left into Cary Tennis Park (2727 Louis Stephens Dr).
  
  From northeast of Raleigh to Cary Tennis Park:
• After reaching I-440 South/Inner Beltline, continue south on this Interstate past exit #16 toward Durham.
• Continue with the set of directions above labeled "From southeast of Raleigh", starting at step 1. (Exit #16 is in the same area as exit #301 in those directions.)

Weather permitting, the 8 and under QuickStart division will begin and complete its event during a 3-hour on Saturday, April 17th . The event will start no earlier than 2:30 and (weather permitting) end no later than 5:30pm.

Tournament check-In will be open on Saturday, April 17th at 7:00am and Sunday, April 18th at 7:00am. Players must bring their medical release waiver to the site of their first match and present waiver in checking in for play.

Scoring for the (10's -18's) Main Draw and Consolation will be the best two out of three sets with a Match Tie Breaker in lieu of the third set. For the 8 and under QuickStart division, a set is won by the first player to reach seven points total (win by one). The match is the best two out of three sets. In the event of inclement weather an alternate scoring system will be used for all draws.

Please note PARKING on Louis Stephens Drive is prohibited and that vehicles may be cited. Overflow parking is available at both the Green Hope Elementary/Park Lot across the street (Louis Stephens) from the Cary Tennis Park and also at the North End of the facility in a designated overflow parking lot for the tennis park.
