Player Suspension Points
JUNIOR Suspension Points for Failure to Complete a Tournament
(1) After the tournament online deadline, failure for a JUNIOR player to complete a tournament for ANY reason other than retirement during a match due to injury = 1 Point
(2) Players may receive 1 point for main draw, 1 point for consolation & 1 point for doubles= 3 points
(3) Default No Show & Default Adult Discipline points will remain 5 points
(4) Points are accumulative in the Junior Suspension points system
(5) A notification letter is sent at 6 points
(6) A 3 month suspension will occur when 10 points are reached
• Appeals at 10 points can be made to the grievance chairperson
• Inclusion under Unsportsmanlike Conduct in the junior Suspension points tab
(7) To be exempt from the above, a player must notify the TD immediately at the conclusion of
his/her Sunday play that they will be attending school on Monday so will not be participating in
play Monday. TD will e-mail jane@nctennis.com those players who have requested this
exemption. Names to be sent Sunday night.

On NC 55, cross US 1 at Apex and continue on NC 55. Go 6 miles.

From southeast of Raleigh to Cary Tennis Park:
From Interstate 40 West coming into Raleigh, pass exit #301 and bear left onto I-40 West/I-440/Inner Beltline. Go 8 miles.
Take exit #293A onto US 64 West / US 1 South (not north) Go 2 miles.
Take the exit on the right onto Cary Parkway. Go 5 miles.
Turn left onto High House Road.

Player Check-In
Tournament check-In will be open on Friday, March 5th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday, March 6th at 7:00am. Players must bring their medical release waiver to the site of their first match and present waiver in checking in for play.

Scoring Format
Scoring for the (10's -18's) Main Draw and Consolation will be the best two out of three sets with a Match Tie Breaker in lieu of the third set. For the 8 and under QuickStart division, a set is won by the first player to reach seven points total (win by one). The match is the best two out of three sets. In the event of inclement weather an alternate scoring system will be used for all draws.

QuickStart on Saturday between 2:30pm and 5:30pm
Weather permitting, the 8 and under QuickStart division will begin and complete its event during a 3-hour on Sat, Mar 6. The event will start no earlier than 2:30 and (weather permitting) end no later than 5:30pm.

REFUNDS
Entry fees will be processed by 1:00pm on Tuesday. See new NCTA guidelines for withdrawals after tournament deadline. Players withdrawing after 1:00pm are not eligible for a refund.

Parking on Louis Stephens Drive, overflow parking
Please note PARKING on Louis Stephens Drive is prohibited and that vehicles may be cited. Overflow parking is available at both the Green Hope Elementary/Park Lot across the street (Louis Stephens) from the Cary Tennis Park and also at the North End of the facility in a designated overflow parking lot for the tennis park.
