SUNSET HILLS C.C. JR SUMMER SIZZLE CHPS - GA LEVEL 4

We will be using two sites for tournament play. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRAW CAREFULLY. Sunset Hills is listed as SHCC on the draws and Carrollton High School is listed as CHS. Please report directly to your match site listed on the draw. If you are playing at CHS check in will be at the high school courts. Again please check your draw. If you are late for a match because you go to the wrong site time penalties will be enforced.

from Atlanta: (approximately 50 miles) travel i-20 west to exit 24 (hwy. 61)-at the traffic light turn left and go across the bridge onto hwy. 61 south. travel approximately 12 miles to the intersection of hwy. 61 & 166 by pass - turn left on the 166 by pass at the traffic light. (this is 166 west, past the movie theater, ford dealership, and longhorn steakhouse, not 166 east which you will pass first) travel approximately 6 miles on the 166 by pass till it dead ends into maple street – at the traffic light turn right onto maple street – travel approximately 1 mile on maple street – turn right onto club drive at the sunset hills country club sign. (across from the university of West Georgia). Continue traveling on club drive to the stop sign - turn right at the stop sign onto west club drive - the club house is on the left.

Come play in the 2007 USTA junior tournament of the year! See below for some of the special events we have planned for this years event.

All players are invited to attend a pool party and cookout on Saturday evening at 6:00pm. Each player will receive a ticket for the cookout that is good for one meal. Parents and family members are welcome to attend at a cost of $10.00/person. Cookout will be ready at 7:00

All players will be entered in a drawing for a new tennis racquet, you must be present to win the frame. After the cookout we will run a hit for prizes with items from Head, Babolat, and Wilson.

In the event of inclement weather and you do not play any matches in this tournament you are entitled to a full credit toward a future Sunset Hills Tournament. There are seven tournaments left for 2010. If a player would like a refund, you are entitled to a $30.00 refund. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.
