EARN A CHANCE TO WIN A 2011 KIA SORENTO
Georgia tournament players may qualify for the KIA Motors Tournament of Champions (TOC), USTA Georgia’s culminating NTRP Closed State Championship (Oct. 15-17, 2010), by participating in at least one of the Qualifying Series Events from Jan. 1 – Sept. 20, 2010. The Qualifying Series Events include all USTA Georgia-sanctioned NTRP tournament with divisions men’s and women’s 2.5 – 5.0, singles and doubles.

INCLEMENT WEATHER REFUND POLICY
In the event of inclement weather and all of your scheduled matches were canceled, you will be entitled to a full credit toward future ConyersTennis.com Adult Tournaments. If a player would like a refund, you are entitled to a $25.00 refund. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match, there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 2, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
