ATTN: PLAYERS/PARENTS
Please arrive thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled match time and have your 'medical release' 'form completed. Players will check-in inside the Pro Shop and receive their T-shirts and court assignment
You will have a five minute warm up, all matches will start promptly at scheduled time provided courts are available.
USTA rules apply to lateness...forfeit warm up, games, and/or match.
Water coolers are located at each court
We provide water, ice, fruit, and yogurt all day for the players
Point penalty system is in place and enforced
We may suspend and/or delay matches due to inclement weather...safety first.

REFUND POLICY/INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather and all of your scheduled matches were canceled, you will be entitled to a full credit toward future ConyersTennis.com Jr. Tournaments. If a player would like a refund, you are entitled to a $30.00 refund. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match, there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.

Open to all players regardless of ranking. Limit 16 Draw per age division.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT

16 Draw - Presented to Champions, Finalist, 3rd place Finalist, and Consolation Winners
8 Draw - Presented to Champions, Finalist, and Consolation Winners
Round Robins - Presented to Champions & Finalist
Doubles - Presented to Champions & Finalist
MAIN DRAW - Singles
16 Draw - 2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break, 3/4 playoff.
8 Draw - 2 sets with 3rd set Match Tie-break. No 3/4 playoff.
Round Robins - 2 sets with 3rd set Match Tie-break
MAIN DRAW - Doubles
8 Game Pro set, (8 all - First to 10 points - match tie-break) Single Elimination
CONSOLATION - Singles
FIC through quarterfinals. Some consolations may not finish
2 sets with 3rd set Match tie-break
10 AND UNDER - Singles
Played on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket, and low compression balls.
2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break. Doubles: 8 Game Pro set
