JDS MEMORIAL DINNER
The JDS dinner is Friday night for the first time. I try to make arraignments for our usual Saturday night but was unable. Unfortunately some will be playing on Friday, I plan to schedule the matches around 6:00 or 6:30 PM to give as many people as possible a chance to get to the dinner which will start at 8:00 PM. However I will serve wings and snacks before you go on the court. I had made arraignment well in advance and all fell through which I had no control over. So I can only do the best I can. Please let us if you are going to the dinner. Thanks Donna

SCHEDULE
YOUR TIMES WILL BE POSTED BY THURSDAY BEFORE NOON. I CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY AVOIDANCIES AFTER TODAY. IF YOU HAVE ANY PLEASE GET THEM TO ME BY TODAY (Tuesday Nov. 9th). DONNA I will schedule matches from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM each night during the week. On Sunday I will schedule matches to start at 2:00 PM until. On the following Saturday I will schedule matches to start at 9:00 AM until.

AVOIDANCE
If you have an avoidance you must let me know before the schedules are posted, otherwise they will not be honored. You are allowed one avoidance.

ON TIME
Please be at the matches on time we go by USTA regulations concerning on time for matches. The lateness clock will go on you if you are late and ou will be docked a game and toss for every five minutes of lateness until 15 minutes then you are defaulted.

Levels of play
You are allowed to play in one regular doubles & one mixed doubles or one singles.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 7, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
