Tournament Credit
Since the ATA Warm-Up Championships was canceled due to inclement weather and rid the courts of the ice, there will be a $27.00 credit issued to every player. This credit is good for any Allcourt Tournament or activity such as lessons, drills, pro shop items, etc. This credit must to be used by the end of the 2010 calendar year. If it is used for an Allcourt sponsored tournament, you MUST contact the Tournament Director before the deadline in order to be accepted. Your credit will be subtracted from the cost of that tournament and the remaining balance will be put on your credit card. For all those players that registered for this canceled tournament, you can pick up your tournament hat at Laurel Park Tennis Center.

TOURNAMENT CANCELLED
Due to the conditions of the court-which are more suitable now for an ice hockey tournament--and no warm weather in sight to thaw the ice--We are CANCELLING THE TOURNAMENT. Keep an eye on the website regarding the refund options. This should be posted by Monday.

DOUBLES MATCHES FOR SATURDAY ARE CANCELLED
We are cancelling the doubles matches that are scheduled for Saturday. We will reschedule doubles for Sunday.

Court conditions have not changed. We are in a 4 hour delay. No Matches will begin until 2PM. To determine your new match times, please add 4 hours to whatever time is posted on the draw sheet.

BRAND NEW DRAW TIMES POSTED
I have posted new draw times for EACH age group. NO MATCHES WILL START BEFORE 10 AM on Saturday. Please check the new draw times and sites. The location of your match may have changed as well. CHECK THE DRAW CAREFULLY.
Due to the weather conditions predicted for this weekend, USTA Georgia has asked us to change the scoring format for Saturday. We will play short set, no-ad scoring. Each set will start at 2-2 and a match Tie-Break will be played if there is a split set. SUNDAY DRAW TIMES WILL BE POSTED LATER ON SATURDAY.

WEATHER UPDATE-FRIDAY AT 10:00 am
Due to the current weather and road conditiions all matches for Friday evening will be cancelled. I will be changing ALL DRAW TIMES, and will post these changes ASAP. We will not start any matches before 10:00 AM tomorrow morning.

Draws are now posted. Only some of the Boys 16 singles will be playing on Friday evening. Please check the draw to confirm if you have a match Friday evening.
ALSO--Some of the times for the Doubles finals are not posted. Those finals WILL be played on Sunday. I am just going to wait until the singles are completed on Saturday to set the draw times for Sunday.

WEATHER INFORMATION
We will be playing matches this weekend. COLD is not a reason to postpone matches. Players please dress warm. Spectators-you need to dress even warmer. Any weather delays due to precipitation will be posted on this website ASAP.

TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN
Please check-in for the tournament at the main site (Laurel Park) before your first match. After the first match, you only need to check-in at the site you are playing.

SITE LOCATIONS
SITE LOCATIONS & CONFLICTS All matches will be held at Laurel Park (LP) located at 151 Manning Road, Marietta, Georgia 30064 and at Marietta High School. Directions to Marietta High School will be given to all players at check-in. We will be making every effort to keep players from the same academy playing each other in the first round. You must e-mail the Head Referee at Chanson1@bellsouth.net to let us know what academy you are a member of. If you do not tell us then we will not know to work around it. E-mails must be received no later than Tuesday January 5, 2010.

Tournament Refund Policy for Player Withdrawals
Withdrawals from the tournament after the deadline will result in forfeit of entry fees.

Refund Policy for Tournament Cancellation Due to Weather
In the case of a "Tournament Cancellation" (no matches played for the entire event), Allcourt, Inc. will issue a PARTIAL credit toward a future Allcourt hosted event. This credit will be determined by the ENTRY FEE PAID less the Credit Card Processing Fee, T-shirt Cost and USTA Head Tax/Sanction Fee. Participants will be entitled to pick-up their tournament shirt within 30 days of the end of the tournament sanction dates.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, January 3, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
