If you were on a court when it started raining, you will return to that court to re-start the match at 8:00am.

MATCH TIMES ARE NOW POSTED. DUE TO THE WEATHER--THE SCORING FORMAT HAS CHANGED FOR THE TOURNAMENT. WE WILL BE PLAYING SHORT SETS. THIS MEANS SETS WILL START AT 2-2. IF YOU SPLIT SETS A 10 POINT TB WILL BE PLAYED. THE BOYS 18-ROUND OF 16-THE BOYS 16-WHITE- ROUND OF 16--AND THE BOYS 12 ROUND OF 16 WILL PLAY REGULAR SCORING. AFTER THOSE MATCHES ARE COMPLETE, THE REST OF THE ROUNDS FOR ALL AGE GROUPS WILL BE SHORT SCORING.

Turn right out of TLH onto Towne Lake Parkway and go past Eagle Watch. You will turn right to get into the park.

It is raining and we are in a 2 hour delay for those matches on court. All other matches times are 3 hour delay from your original match time. This includes all sites.

The courts are wet at Eagle Watch. The matches on court need to be back at 12:45pm. The 12:00 matches also need to report at 12::45pm. All matches scheduled between 12:30 and 2:00pm are on a hour delay. We will update again within the hour. At this time TOWNE LAKE HILLS IS NOT IN A DELAY. ALL matches need to report on time to Towne Lake Hills.

Remember this is December tennis in Georgia! Please dress appropriately--some draws will be playing late in the evening, so make sure you dress in layers. Also-always check the website before you leave for your match. We will try to keep you posted on any weather related issues.

Due to the size of the tournament, additional sites have been added. Neither site is far from Eagle Watch. The Arbor-(Arb) is at 1101 Arborhill Drive, Woodstock, GA--2 courts Towne Lake Hills(TLH) 1007 Towne Lake Hills.--4 courts Eagle Watch is listed at EWTC on the draws.--10 courts

If your draw is not listed at this time, you will not be playing on Friday evening. The remaining draws will be posted tomorrow evening.

We are pleased to have JGumbos in charge of concession on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00-3:00. There will be 3 types of Gumbo dishes available for purchase. The cost is $3.00 for small bowls & $6.00 for large ones. Drinks and snacks will be available as well. This will be some tasty and warm food for players and spectators to purchase during the Event.

Due to the size of the tournament, draws will not be posted until Thursday.

All players must check-in at Eagle Watch Tennis Center before their first tournament match. Along with Eagle Watch Tennis Center, we will be using Towne Lake Hills tennis courts on Saturday and Sunday. Directions for both facilities will be up by Thursday.

If your age group has 16 or more players, then you should expect to play Friday evening. Any player requests to not play Friday night may be denied, if your draw has 16 or more players.

The scoring for all consolation matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets with the match tie-breaker for the 3rd.

All Quickstart matches will be best 2 out of 3 no-add sets with a tiebreaker for the third set. Each set will be played to 4 with a tiebreaker at 3-3. All Quickstart matches will begin at 12:00pm on Sunday.

All scheduling conflicts should be sent to the Head Referee's email by Tuesday evening. Remember, it is ok to ask us if we can work around a conflict, but we will not beable to work around every request.

There will be NO late entries accepted for this tournament. Late entries were only accepted at the previous tournament on Nov. 19-21 because of a nation wide problem with the Tennis Link server that handles online registration.
