Updating Delays
Sorry for the delay in updating the scores. We have no access to the internet during the day, and therefore are not able to update the draws on-line during the day. The draws will be updated at Eagle Watch and you may call the Referee, Denise Hanson, 404-786-6256 with any questions regarding future match times. Thank you for your patience!

Draws and conflict requests
All draws and first match times will be up by Wednesday evening. If there are any conflict requests, they must go to the referee Denise hanson by Tuesday. Remember, it is ok to make a conflict request, but we cannot work around anything that makes the tournament hard to schedule.

DRAWS ARE NOW POSTED
Draws have been posted. No matches will begin before 6pm on Friday evening. Please note--traffic is not an excuse for being late. Please check in 30 minutes prior to match times.

SCORING FORMAT
BG's 12-18's will be the best of 3 sets in the main draw. The BG's 10's and ALL CONSOLATION MATCHES will be the 2 sets of tennis with a match tie-break in lieu of the third set.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 15, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
