DOUBLES
All players must sign up by 12noon on Saturday June 12. NO EXCEPTIONS. You need to confirm that you are playing and who your partner will be...you can email... dorianna.queencity@inbox.com

RAIN
This is an outdoor event. IF, in the event of rain we must go indoors to complete the tournament on time, there will be a charge of $10 per player per match for singles and $5 per player per match for doubles.

MATCH FORMAT / SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Singles will be draws of 64, FIC through the quarterfinals with playoffs for 3/4 place. Doubles will be draws of 32, single elimination. All singles matches will be 2 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets. Weather permitting, we will play 2 rounds of main draw singles, 1 round of consolation singles and the first round of doubles on Saturday. Singles main draw quarters and semis will both be played on the third day. The singles consolation final will not be played.

ACT Test
If you are taking the ACT test on Saturday, June 12, you must be available to play by 2:00pm. You MUST notify me by email (dorianna.queencity@inbox.com) no later than 6:00pm on Friday, June 4 that you are taking the test. It is recommended that you request a local (Cincinnati) test site in order to be able to play by 2:00pm.

SEEDING AND SELECTION
The most recent Midwest and Ohio Valley Standing List as of June 6, will be used for seedings and selection of alternates

SUNDAY....As of 9.20am....and if it doesn't start raining again...
All matches scheduled at SYCAMORE OR COURT YARD, report to QUEEN CITY at your scheduled time. All matches scheduled at PRINCETON will still be at Princeton.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 6, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
