MOST OF OUR EVENTS ARE ROUND ROBINS. BE SURE TO CHECK ALL ROUND ROBIN TIMES. THEY MAY NOT BE IN ORDER BY ROUND!

TOURNAMENT ENTRY
All entries must be completed using the USTA/TennisLink Online Registration System.

FORMAT & SCORING
The format for the tournament is FMLC (First Match Loser Consolation). Main draw and Consolation will play the best of three sets, playing a 10 point tie-break in lieu of the third set.

INFORMATION ON TOURNAMENT PLAY
Play will begin on Saturday, May 29th. ONCE DRAWS ARE POSTED THEY WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**
Legacy Lakes is a new facility and not yet on MapQuest or GPS for driving directions at this time. Legacy Lakes is off of Highway 15/501 in Aberdeen, NC. When searching for directions, use the following address: Legacy Golf Links, 12615 HWY 15/501 South, Aberdeen, NC 28315. The entrance to Legacy Lakes is 500 yards north of the golf course entrance. The Tennis Courts and our large white clubhouse can be seen off the Highway. Please call (910) 944-2641 or email julie@casnc.com for any questions regarding directions.

PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the player's responsibility to know their first match time, and next match time throughout the tournament. All player's must check in at the Tournament Desk at least 30 minutes prior to their match time. All USTA Rules will be enforced for lateness. Check the Tournament Site for match times after Draws are posted. Draws will be updated daily on the internet, and draws onsite will be updated after each round.

WITHDRAWLS
If you need to withdraw before tournament entries close, you must do so online. Click on "Edit Registration", then "Withdraw". You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawls after entries close must be sent in writing by e-mail to: usptapro@live.com AND by phone to the tournament site (910) 944-2641. Players withdrawing after tournament deadline will not be refunded their entry fee.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Lunch will be provided for all tournament participants on Sunday. Bottled water and fruit will be provided for all tournament participants for the duration of the tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 24, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
