Sign up for doubles will close at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 12. If you registered for doubles on-line, you are required to confirm your doubles registration at the tournament desk.

First match times will be available on the tournament website by 6:00pm on Thursday, June 10.

Players must report to either the Erickson or Jackson Park Tennis Courts at least 20 minutes before their first match time when they will receive their T-shirts, rules, and draw sheets.

Weather permitting, two rounds of main draw singles, one round of consolation singles, and two rounds of doubles will be played on Saturday, June 12. The quarterfinal and semifinal main draw matches will be played on Monday, June 14. The consolation final will not be played. Weather permitting, the tournament will conclude on Tuesday, June 15.

Outdoor matches will be played at BOTH the Erickson Tennis Facility (4601 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101) and Jackson Park Tennis Courts (1601 34th Street, Vienna, WV 26105). NOTE THE MATCH LOCATION ON THE DRAW SHEET AND FIRST MATCH TIMES - "ER" IS THE ERICKSON COURTS, AND "JP" IS THE JACKSON PARK COURTS.
