Congrats to Hunter Bleser (Nancy Jeffett Sportsmanship Award) and Emanuel Llamas (Clarence Mabry Sportsmanship Award)! Both players performed very well on court and demonstrated impeccable sportsmanship.

ATA, LTHS, WLHS and CTR will be open for warm up at 7:00 am. There will be no warm up courts after 8:00 am at any of the tournament facilities. If you are looking for a place to warm up later in the day, I would suggest any of the following sites depending on your playing location and location of your hotel. The Austin Tennis Academy ATA is located in southwest Austin inside the Spanish Oaks community. Our physical address is 6800 Spanish Oaks Club Blvd., Austin, Texas 78738. ATA is located .2 miles west from the intersection of Hwy 620 and Hwy 71W. Look for the McCoy's Building Supply sign on your right and get in the left hand lane, make a left into Spanish Oaks, go to the second round about and we are on your left. After the entry deadline, please email me at brian.notis@austintennisacademy.com to withdraw. Please include the reason for your withdrawal. The USTA is requiring written notification (email is sufficient) for withdrawals after the entry deadline. There are no refunds for withdrawals after the deadline or for weather related cancellations. During the event, you should also call me at 512-426-0045 to withdraw because I may not be checking email frequently.

All singles matches will be best of 3 sets, regular scoring. Doubles will be 8 game pro-sets, regular scoring, with a tiebreaker at 8-all. All consolation matches will be best of 3 sets, regular scoring with a 10 point match tie break instead of a 3rd set. The format may change at the referee's discretion due to weather delays, excessive heat, etc.

G12 - Westlake HS (WLHS) G14A&B - Austin Tennis Center (CTR) B12 - Lake Travis HS (LTHS) B14A&B - ATA and Lakeway World of Tennis (WOT) - (15 minutes apart)

If the weather is good on Saturday, we will not use Austin Tennis Center on Sunday, so all matches will be in the Lakeway/Bee Caves area (ATA, LTHS, WOT) or at WLHS. All sites within 20 minutes of each other. All matches will be scheduled at ATA on Monday.

Matches will begin Saturday 9/11 at 8:00 am. Doubles will begin Saturday afternoon. Singles main draw semi's and finals will be completed on Monday 9/13. Singles consolation finals will be completed on Monday 9/13.

Seeding and draw splits will be done by the USTA Texas Section office after the entry deadline.

Please register at your playing site 15-30 minutes before your first match. You will then also need to check in for each of your matches (including your first match) when you are ready to play (before your scheduled time, of course) and stay within earshot of the tournament desk.

USTA TX Section has split players into A, B and C draws where necessary.
