We are currently on a rain delay. We are hoping to begin matches at 12:00 noon. All players with 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00 matches should report to their site no later than 12:00. The format will be shortened so matches will go fast and we will be getting closer to the original schedule very quickly. 9:30 and 10:00 matches should be ready to play at 12:30. 10:30 and 11:00 matches should be ready to play at 1:00. 11:30 and 12:00 matches should be ready to play at 1:30. 12:30 and 1:00 matches should be ready to play at 2:00. 1:30 and 2:00 matches should be ready to play at 2:30. 2:30 and 3:00 matches should be ready to play at 3:00. Later matches should be back close to the original schedule. Check this message frequently for the latest weather related updates throughout the weekend. If you need to withdraw, please call 512-426-0045 and leave a detailed message with the player's name, division and location. Please check the website frequently. I will be updating the draws with any withdrawals that occur.

The Austin Tennis Academy ATA is located in southwest Austin inside the Spanish Oaks community. Our physical address is 6800 Spanish Oaks Club Blvd., Austin, Texas 78738. ATA is located .2 miles west from the intersection of Hwy 620 and Hwy 71W. Look for the McCoy's Building Supply sign on your right and get in the left hand lane, make a left into Spanish Oaks, go to the second round about and we are on your left. OUR ADDRESS DOES NOT WORK ON YAHOO MAPS OR ON SOME GPS SYSTEMS. MAPQUEST and GOOGLE MAPS DO WORK. Format 12-18's Doubles will play 8 game pro-sets with no-ad scoring. For 12's - 18's Singles - All Main Draw matches through the quarter finals and Consolation matches are best of 3 sets regular scoring with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set. Singles Semi's and Finals will play best of 3 tie break sets (full third set).

WITHDRAWALS - Please click on edit registration on the left side of this homepage and follow the directions to withdraw before the deadline. Please email me at john.kudrick@clubcorp.com if you need to withdraw from the tournament after the deadline. Include your name, division and reason for withdrawing. Written notification (email is sufficient) is required for withdrawals after the entry deadline as per USTA rules. There are no refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline or for weather related cancellations.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE - Please register at your playing site 15-30 minutes before your first match. You will then also need to check in for each of your matches (including your first match) when you are ready to play (before your scheduled time, of course) and stay within earshot of the tournament desk.
