DOUBLES DEADLINE IS MONDAY JULY 12 @ 1:00. LARGER DOUBLES DRAWS MAY HAVE MATCHES MONDAY EVENING AFTER 5:00

LIMITED PARKING AT LAUREL HILL MONDAY 1:30-6
Due to a swim meet at Laurel Hill parking will be very limited on Monday afternoon. Parking will be available at the school across the street and on side streets. Someone will be directing traffic and players may be dropped off at the club by the pool. Please allow yourself enough time to get to your match on time. Sorry for the inconvienence.

Directions to Maumee Valley Country Day School
We will be using MVCDS as a second site. It is VERY close to Laurel Hill - less than 5 Minutes. The tennis courts are off of Glendale Avenue. Directions from Laurel Hill - turn left out of LH parking lot. At first light turn left onto Glendale Ave. The next light is the school - turn right. Once on school grounds take first right and it will take you straight to the courts.
Players may go right to MVCDS - they do not have to check in at LH first.

First Round Match Times
Match times will be available Sat July 10 after 5pm
|

Scoring
Both singles and doubles matches will consist of two out of three sets - with a 10pt Match tie-break played in lieu of a third set.

Format
All singles draws will have First Match Consolstion and Doubles will be single elimination.

Seeding
Players will be seeded off the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List at the time of the tournament deadline. If there are not enough seeds off this list then we will use the NWOTA district standing list. If you are not from NWO and want to be considered for seeding, you must provide seeding info to the tournamnet director by the entry deadline

Northwest Ohio Code Violation and Suspension Point System will be used
|
This tournament is a LEVEL 5 tournament. Players are permitted
to use our Olympic sized pool. Due to large draws multiple sites
will be used - maps available at Laurel Hill.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 8, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
