MATCH TIME/DRAW INFO
1. Outside of the the First Match Report, the only official place to find match times are on the posted draws at Hudlow Tennis Center.
2. The First Match Time Report is directly above. Next to these times are next round times.
3. Sunday times only will be available on the posted draws at Hudlow Tennis Center.
4. The draws at this site do have Friday and Saturday timesi. Remember: Official times are on the First Match Time Report and the posted draws at Hudlow Tennis Center.
5. It is the PLAYERS' RESPONSIBILITY to get their next round match times from the posted draws at Hudlow Tennis Center BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE SITE!!!! Barring weather issues, no additional match times will be posted at this site.

Selection Process/Competitor List/Alternate List
The "Competitors List" is directly above. For draws with greater than 16 entries, selections were based on the most recent Southern Standing List in that age group with consideration for a high standing in the next younger age group.
The "Alternates by Event List" (see above) is ordered by standing and if neccesary, by lot. As openings occur, these players will be contacted.

CAUTION: DIRECTIONS TO HUDLOW TENNIS CENTER
Hudlow Tennis Center is located off the Jimmy Carter Blvd. exit of I-85 and is about 1.4 miles west of the interstate in Best Friend Park (on the left), not on Best Friend Road!!. Internet directions to Hudlow Tennis Center are a bit misleading. For a map, click "more info".

SEEDING INFO
For the BG18's, BG16's, and BG14's, seeding was done in accordance with USTA Reg.II.A.4. Briefly, it states that seeding is based on the players’ chances of winning the tournament as determined by the tournament committee and that the committee shall consider all available evidence including, but not limited to rankings, current records, common opponents, quality of tournaments played, and PARTICULARLY recent HEAD-TO-HEAD ENCOUNTERS. (Capitalization added for emphasis.) The current standing lists simply were used as a starting point. Also, they were used when consideration was given to moving players within the ordered list. In addition, there were some players "moving up" with little exposure in their new age group who had to be considered for seeding. Comments are welcome, as long as they do not refer to standings, rankings, or point totals. For the BG12's and BG10's, time restraints forced us solely to use the latest standing lists.

MORE SEEDING INFO
Finally, two new USTA regulations further clarify the seeding process. One, a tournament cannot be seeded “using only a computer generated means such as a standings list or ranking list”. Two, “the number of players seeded shall equal a power of two (for example: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 etc.) ”.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to another Hudlow-Staffed tournament. If there are weather issues and you only play one match, then you will get a 1/2 credit to another Hudlow-Staffed tournament.

Selection Process
Per new GTA regulations, this tournament has a 16-draw limit. For draws with greater than 16 entries, selections are based on the most recent Southern Standing List in that age group with consideration for a high standing in the next younger age group.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 12, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
