4 players are the minimum number of entrants to hold any event. Singles matches may begin Friday, 9/10/2010 as early as 12:00 noon. Doubles events begin Saturday 9/11/2010 after 12 noon if at least four teams are registered to play by 8 pm on Friday. **********************************************ALL EVENTS" EXCEPT" MEN'S 55s HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF MINIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES.

FORMAT/SCORING
Best two out of three sets, regular scoring with a set tiebreak (12 pt.) at 6-6 in each set. Dunlop Grand Prix balls. First match consolation tournament in singles. Doubles is a single elimination tournament. 4 teams are necessary to play any age division doubles.

FIRST MATCH TIMES/CHECK-IN
Due to small draws, matches will start on Saturday9/11/2010. NO MATCHES ON SATURDAY.
Matches will be played indoors at IRC Dean Road (Dean) and IRC East (East). Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet by Tuesday 9/7/2010 at 10 am. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (please make sure that you have provided your phone number) and might change from the first posting.

SITES / DIRECTIONS
The Indianapolis Racquet Club has two locations: Dean Road Club at 8249 Dean Road (16 indoor courts) and East Club at 4901 N. Shadeland Ave. (8 indoor courts). Matches will be played at our Dean Road location and at our East Club location. For directions to both facilities, click on the organization website (www.indyracquet.com).

PRACTICE COURTS
Tournament players are welcome to rent courts for practice at both of our facilites. A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Let our front desk staff know that you are a tournament participant and we will waive the guest fees. Sorry, no refunds are given for unused courts. Call the front desk at (317) 849-2531 to make your reservation.

RESTAURANTS & SHOPPING
Please visit Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant (located directly across the street from our Dean Road Club) while you're in town! Several other restaurants are located nearby both club locations. For shopping, vistit Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall and Castleton Square Mall. Both of these major malls are located within minutes the the Indianapolis Racquet Club.
