INFORM SITE DIRECTOR IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED 3 MATCHES...
This tournament guarantees all players 3 matches and you could play more if your draw dictates. If you are informed by your site director that your draw is complete and you've only played 2 matches, please inform your site director that you've only played twice. He will make sure that you play 3 times before your tournament experience is complete.

RE-CHECK YOUR DRAWS UP TO TOURNAMENT START...
You are asked to RE-CHECK YOUR DRAWS, once published, up to tournament start time of 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22nd. I continue to receive withdrawals for injury and illness and you wouldn't want to show up unnecessarily. If I have a contact number or email address in the tournament software program, I'll do my best to contact you. However, some players have NO contact information provided. For this reason, ALL PLAYERS CONTINUE TO RE-CHECK DRAWS UNTIL YOUR MATCH TIME, beginning with your first round and throughout the tournament. Thanks and we'll see you at the Polar Brrr...."nothing but doubles" tournament. Come prepared to have FUN and PLAY LOTS OF TENNIS!

INCLEMENT WEATHER INSTRUCTIONS IF NEEDED
In the event the tournament experiences inclement weather please follow these helpful instructions.
1. You may call the CATA office for delay updates at 443-1342. I will update CATA's voice mail if delays continue beyond the initial 2 hour .
2. Please continually check the tournament homepage. I will update information to this website asap to provide you with any tournament delays due to inclement weather along with anticipated match time resumption. Please do NOT call the Tournament Director as it only serves to delay the publishing of important weather updates and the scheduling for resumption of play.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 11, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
