PLAYERS/PARENTS/COACHES: Please RE-CHECK your draws. All singles draws (Saturday only) have been modified due to extreme cold weather conditions. Format for play for Saturday: No-ad scoring playing best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10-pt deciding match tie-break in lieu of the third set for main and consolation matches. A decision regarding Sunday start times will be made as the weather forecast dictates.

PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES Low temperatures are expected to be in the high 20's for both Saturday and Sunday per Weather.com. Please review this homepage later this week for further weather updates. If the forecast for cold temps holds, the tournament will likely delay start times at a minimum of 1 hour (9:30 a.m.). Again, please review this website for updates regarding start times for both Saturday and Sunday.

ALL SITES DO NOT PROVIDE WATER ON COURT. They do have access to water, but water is NOT provided on court. Please be sure to bring all necessary supplies to the court for your players.

PARENTS, PLAYERS, AND COACHES All draws will be published NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, JAN. 5TH BY 6:30 P.M. Once draws are published, the tournament director asks that you re-check them often for possible changes due to withdrawals. Many times the tournament does not have contact information available to keep all competitors apprised of changes affecting their particular draw and/or match time. It is for this reason that it is strongly suggested that you re-check your player's draw often up to tournament start time.

PARENTS AND COACHES Because the tournament is conducted at UT on Monday, which is while classes are in session, ALL CARS MUST SECURE A PARKING PASS TO BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED IN THEIR FRONT WINDSHIELD OR YOU WILL BE TICKETED BY THE UNIVERSITY. PARKING PASSES can be obtained in the pro shop. CATA will not be responsible for anyone receiving a ticket.
