This signed form is now required, and you must turn it in to the site
director before you can participate in the tournament. For minors, the form
must be signed by a parent or guardian. No modification of the form is

WELCOME!
Welcome to the Arlington Tennis Association’s Adult Spring Open. The main site for this tournament will be Arlington Tennis Center. It is a public facility featuring 20 outdoor lighted tennis courts, as well as a full service proshop and concessions. Hours of operation: ATC will open each morning during the tournament at 7:00 AM. We look forward to seeing you in on March 26th.

EVENT INFOMATION
If three or four players/teams are entered, the event will be a round robin. Some events with fewer than three players may be combined with another division. Players will be contacted (if contact information is available).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, March 15, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
