Tournament Schedule:
All draws and tournament schedule has been posted on Thursday, June 10th. Please note that all singles events matches have been scheduled through Sunday, June 20th. All doubles as well as mixed doubles events have been scheduled through Saturday, June 19th. Matches in doubles and mixed doubles left with no scheduled match times are going to be played on Sunday, June 20th no earlier than 10:00 am. In an ongoing effort to avoid unnecessary long period of waiting time for Sunday semis and finals in doubles and mixed doubles, the tournament committee will provide official Sunday match times for all doubles and mixed doubles events semis and finals following the completion of all Saturday singles and doubles matches. Please expect to have the Sunday doubles and mixed doubles schedule updated on the website by no later than 11 pm on Saturday, June 19th.
Please review your first match time(s) regularly throughout the week leading to the tournament as match times may get adjusted in case players withdrawing from the tournament. Plan to arrive at your playing site 30 minutes prior to your match time. The referee (Millard Countryman) along with his team of roving umpires will abide by the USTA code of conduct and players will get penalized due to lateness.
All players will receive a free tournament towel that may be picked up prior to your first match time at your playing site. Bananas will also be available at all playing sites throughout the tournament.

Tournament Schedule Update 1:
Please note that the following divisions will officially begin on Friday, June 18th due to the size of the draw (16+ players in singles and 16+ teams in doubles): MOS, MOD, M3.5 singles, M4.0 Dbls, M4.0 singles, M4.5 Singles, MXD 4.0 dbls, W3.5 singles, W4.0 dbls, and W4.0 singles. Please be aware that singles events scheduled to begin on Friday, June 18th may be scheduled as early as 8:00 am. All other events scheduled for Friday, June 18th should generally follow shortly thereafter. All other events will begin on Saturday, June 19th. Unfortunately match time requests will not be guaranteed due to tournament size. Thank you for participating in the East Texas Adult Major Zone and we certainly hope that you will enjoy your tournament experience.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 2, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
